1. Eligibility for Donation

• Acceptable Vehicles: We accept most cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, RVs, and other motorized vehicles, regardless of their condition.

• Title Requirements: Donors must possess a clear title for the vehicle. If the title is unavailable, contact us for assistance.

• Location: Vehicles must be located within the United States.

2. Donation Process

• Filling Out the Donation Form: Complete our online car donation form or call our donation hotline to provide details about the vehicle.

• Vehicle Pickup: We offer free towing for donated vehicles. Our team will coordinate a convenient pickup time, usually within 24-48 hours.

• Tax-Deductible Receipt: After the vehicle is sold or transferred to a recipient, you will receive a receipt with the sale amount to use for your tax deduction.

3. Tax Deduction Information

• Patriot Relief is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, making your donation tax-deductible.

• The IRS allows deductions for the vehicle's sale price or its fair market value, depending on its use by the organization.

• Please consult your tax advisor for specific guidance.

4. Proceeds from Your Donation

Proceeds from your vehicle donation go directly toward programs supporting Americans in time of disaster, including:

• Emergency financial assistance

• Emergency housing

• Mental health support

• Job training and placement
